2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch thick coins

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably whole wheat or Panko for extra crunch)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 large eggs

Prepare the Zucchini: Wash and slice the zucchinis into 1/4-inch thick coins. Pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture, which will help them crisp up in the air fryer.

    Make the Coating Mixture: In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

      Prepare the Egg Wash: In another shallow bowl, beat the two eggs until well whipped.
