Avocado Ranch Chicken Wraps

2 large chicken breasts, grilled and sliced

1 ripe avocado, mashed

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup buttermilk

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large tortillas (whole wheat or spinach)

1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ranch Dressing: In a medium bowl, mix the mashed avocado, sour cream, buttermilk, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste, if needed.

    Grill the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
