1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow onion, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour or corn tortillas

Optional toppings: fresh cilantro, avocado slices, lime wedges, shredded cheese, sour cream

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

      Toss the Chicken and Veggies: Add the chicken strips, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and yellow onion to the marinade. Toss everything together until all pieces are evenly coated.

        Prepare Foil Packs: Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil (about 12x18 inches each). Place a portion of the marinated chicken and veggies in the center of each piece of foil.

          Seal the Packs: Fold the sides of the foil over the filling, then fold the ends to create a sealed packet, leaving a bit of space for steam to circulate inside.
