3 medium-sized apples (preferably Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon lemon juice

A pinch of salt

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 225°F (107°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

    Slice the Apples: Wash and dry the apples. Using a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer, cut them into thin slices (about 1/8 inch thick). Removing the core is optional, but will help in achieving a uniform shape.

      Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar Mix: In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
