1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumbers, thinly sliced

1 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/2 cup cooked and diced chicken breast (optional for protein)

1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette (store-bought or homemade)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Prep the Ingredients: Begin by washing all fresh vegetables thoroughly. Slice the cucumbers, halve the cherry tomatoes, and shred the carrots if they're not pre-shredded. If you’re using chicken, ensure it’s cooked and diced into bite-sized pieces.

    Assemble the Wrap: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Start by spreading a thin layer of balsamic vinaigrette over the entire tortilla.

      Layer the Greens: Place a generous handful of spinach and arugula in the center of the tortilla, leaving about 1-2 inches of space at the edges for folding.

        Add Vegetables & Cheese: Layer on the sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, and diced chicken (if using). Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.

          Season: Lightly season the filling with salt and pepper, and add a few fresh basil leaves for a fragrant touch.
