Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 packet of onion soup mix

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon ketchup

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain the excess fat. Add the onion soup mix, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine. Cook for another 3 minutes, allowing the beef to absorb the flavors.

Prepare the Tortillas: While the beef is cooking, warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or until pliable. This will make wrapping easier.

Build the Wraps: Lay a warmed tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 2 tablespoons of Thousand Island dressing in the center of the tortilla.

Layer the Ingredients: On top of the dressing, add a generous spoonful of the seasoned beef, followed by a portion of shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of mustard and ketchup.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the fillings, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to enclose all the ingredients.

Repeat: Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and fillings until all ingredients are used.

Serve: Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately with extra Thousand Island dressing on the side for dipping, if desired.
