1 large baguette or ciabatta loaf

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well blended.

      Slice the Bread: Cut the baguette or ciabatta loaf in half lengthwise, then make diagonal cuts through the bread to create smaller pieces, without cutting all the way through.

        Spread the Garlic Butter: Generously spread the garlic butter mixture on the cut sides of the bread, ensuring it seeps into the grooves for enhanced flavor.

          Add the Cheeses: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan evenly over the buttered sides, followed by a generous layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, making sure to cover every bit for that gooey, cheesy goodness.
