Ingredients

12 large jumbo pasta shells

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook Pasta Shells: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.

Prepare Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Stuff Shells: Using a spoon or a piping bag, fill each pasta shell generously with the chicken and cheese filling. Place the stuffed shells in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Add Sauce: Pour the Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells evenly, ensuring all shells are covered.

Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the stuffed shells for a gooey, cheesy finish.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
