½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

¼ cup nutritional yeast (optional, for added cheesy flavor)

Cook the Quinoa: In a medium saucepan, combine rinsed quinoa and vegetable broth or water. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and fluff with a fork. Set aside.
