2 cups fresh spinach

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for brightness)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.

    Prepare the Sauce: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using). Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and golden but not browned.

      Add Spinach: Toss in the fresh spinach, cooking until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure it cooks evenly.
