12 oz (340g) penne pasta

1 cup (240ml) heavy cream

1 cup (240ml) Greek yogurt (unsweetened)

1 cup (100g) feta cheese, crumbled

1 cup (150g) cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup (180g) spinach, chopped

½ cup (75g) Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup (100g) mozzarella cheese, shredded

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish or a large casserole dish.

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Make the Creamy Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, Greek yogurt, crumbled feta cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
