1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or nuts (optional)

Instructions
 

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and all ingredients are fully incorporated.

    Add the lemon juice and cinnamon (if using) to the yogurt mixture, and gently fold until just combined. Taste the dip and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.

      If you’re including mini chocolate chips or nuts, fold them into the dip at this point.

        Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
