1 large tortilla (flour or corn)

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Olive oil spray

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Tortilla: Lay the tortilla flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

      Add Pizza Sauce: Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edge.

        Layer Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.

          Distribute Pepperoni: Scatter the mini pepperoni slices on top of the cheese, ensuring they are evenly spaced for a crispy texture.
