2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 large tortillas (whole wheat or spinach)

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved

2 cups fresh spinach leaves

1 large ripe tomato, sliced

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Prepare the Chicken: Season both sides of the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

    Cook the Chicken: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from skillet and let cool slightly.
