Ingredients

3 cups rotini pasta (or any pasta of choice)

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed (rotisserie chicken works great)

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup frozen peas (optional)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, half of the mozzarella cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and frozen peas if using. Mix everything together until well combined.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter. Pour the pasta mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the pasta mixture.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
