1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: 1 pinch of red pepper flakes (for added spice)

Prep the Steak: Start by patting the sirloin steak cubes dry using paper towels. This ensures a great sear. Season them with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika, mixing well to coat evenly.

    Heat the Pan: In a large skillet or cast-iron pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Allow it to foam and bubble slightly.
