Ingredients

1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup chicken broth

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 oz fettuccine pasta, uncooked

1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Season them with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Add the Liquids: Pour the chicken broth over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until the chicken is tender and cooked through.

Create the Alfredo Sauce: Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Set aside. In the slow cooker, add in the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until everything is well combined and creamy.

Cook the Pasta: Add the uncooked fettuccine to the slow cooker, followed by the broccoli florets. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 30-40 minutes until the pasta is cooked al dente. Stir halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Combine Everything: Once the pasta is ready, return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix everything until well coated in the Alfredo sauce.

Serve: Portion the Chicken Alfredo into bowls, garnishing with fresh parsley before serving.
