4 cups fresh baby spinach, washed and dried

2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

Salt and pepper, to taste

    Slice the Strawberries: Rinse and hull the strawberries, then slice them into thin rounds. Set aside.
