Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

1 cup creamy peanut butter (natural or conventional)

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional toppings: chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, or shredded coconut

Instructions

Prep the Bananas: Peel the ripe bananas and break them into chunks. This will make them easier to blend.

Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, add the banana chunks, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Taste and Adjust: Once blended, taste the mixture and add more honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter flavor.

Pour Into Molds: Carefully pour the banana-peanut butter mixture into ice pop molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. If you’d like, sprinkle in some chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, or shredded coconut for extra texture.

Insert Sticks: Place the ice pop sticks into the molds, making sure they are centered.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and allow the ice pops to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.

Release and Enjoy: To remove the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds until they loosen. Gently pull out the ice pops and enjoy immediately!
