Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup honey or maple syrup

1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans), chopped

1 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, apricots), chopped

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Optional: Dark chocolate chips for drizzling

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well until smooth and homogeneous.

Mix the Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped nuts, and dried fruit. If you desire, you can add a bit more cinnamon or some ground nutmeg for added flavor.

Combine the Mixtures: Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the yogurt mixture, ensuring everything is thoroughly coated.

Form the Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon or your hands, form small clusters of the mixture and place them on the lined sheet. Aim for about 1-2 tablespoons per cluster.

Freeze the Clusters: Once all the clusters are formed, place the baking sheet in the freezer. Allow the clusters to freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until they are solid.

Drizzle with Chocolate (optional): If you’d like to add a touch of indulgence, melt some dark chocolate and use a fork to drizzle it over the frozen clusters. Return to the freezer to set the chocolate.

Store and Serve: Once frozen, transfer the clusters to an airtight container. Store them in the freezer and enjoy as a cool snack whenever you crave something refreshing and healthy!
