Ingredients

2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup coconut milk (full-fat for creaminess)

1 ripe banana (sliced and frozen)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings:

Fresh pineapple slices

Shredded coconut

Chia seeds

Sliced kiwi

Granola

Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

Blend the Base: In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, frozen banana slices, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides or add a little more coconut milk if the mixture is too thick.

Adjust Consistency: Taste the smoothie blend and adjust sweetness if necessary. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a bit more coconut milk and blend again until desired texture is achieved.

Create the Bowl: Pour the smoothie blend into two bowls. Use a spoon or spatula to create a smooth, even surface.

Decorate with Toppings: Arrange your chosen toppings artistically on top of each smoothie bowl. Start with fresh pineapple slices and kiwi, then sprinkle shredded coconut and chia seeds over the top. Add a handful of granola for crunch and finish off with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color.

Serve and Enjoy: Grab a spoon and enjoy your Tropical Paradise Bowl immediately while it's cold and refreshing!
