Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 ripe banana, sliced

1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (for drizzling)

Zest of 1 lemon (for a zesty kick)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (if using), vanilla extract, lemon zest, and sea salt. Mix well until you have a smooth and creamy mixture.

Line the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet or a shallow dish (approximately 9x 13) with parchment paper, allowing some overhang to make removing the bark easier later.

Spread the Yogurt Mixture: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Using a spatula, spread it evenly to about 1/2 inch thick.

Add the Fruits: Decorate the surface of the yogurt with banana slices and strawberry quarters, pressing them gently into the yogurt.

Drizzle with Chocolate: Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted. Using a spoon or a drizzle bottle, drizzle the melted chocolate over the fruit-topped yogurt.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.

Cut and Serve: Once frozen, remove the bark from the baking sheet using the parchment paper overhang. Break or cut it into pieces or squares. Enjoy your homemade Strawberry Banana FroYo Bark!
