Ingredients

2 cups whole milk

1 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup plain yogurt (preferably Greek for creaminess)

2 cups cereal of your choice (such as Corn Flakes or Fruity Pebbles)

1/2 teaspoon salt

Optional toppings: fresh berries, chocolate chips, or a drizzle of honey

Instructions

Create the Cereal Milk: Start by pouring the whole milk into a large bowl. Add in the granulated sugar and salt. Stir well to dissolve the sugar completely.

Infuse with Cereal: Add the cereal to the milk mixture. Stir gently and let it sit for about 30 minutes, allowing the cereal to infuse its flavor into the milk.

Strain the Cereal Milk: After 30 minutes, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into another bowl, discarding the cereal. You should have a sweet, cereal-flavored milk.

Mix with Yogurt: In a separate bowl, combine the strained cereal milk with the yogurt and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and well incorporated.

Prepare the Pan: Line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal later.

Add the Cereal Squares: Fold the remaining 1 cup of cereal into the yogurt mixture. Pour this mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Freeze: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer. Allow it to freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.

Cut into Squares: Once frozen solid, remove the dish from the freezer and use the parchment overhang to lift it out. Cut into squares of your desired size.

Serve and Enjoy: Serve the squares straight from the freezer. You can add your favorite toppings such as fresh berries, chocolate chips, or a drizzle of honey for added flavor.
