Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup crushed toffee bits (store-bought or homemade)

A pinch of sea salt (optional)

Silicone muffin tray or parchment paper

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is smooth.

Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and crushed toffee bits. Make sure they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.

If desired, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt into the mixture for an extra burst of flavor.

Divide the yogurt mixture evenly into a silicone muffin tray or dollop onto parchment paper in round shapes (about 1-2 inches in diameter).

Tap the tray gently on the counter to eliminate any air pockets and ensure an even surface.

Place the muffin tray or parchment paper on a flat surface in your freezer and freeze for 4-6 hours, or until the rounds are completely set.

Once frozen, remove the rounds from the silicone mold or peel them off the parchment paper carefully.

Store the rounds in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy them straight from the freezer for a cool and delicious treat!
