Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup granola (your choice)

1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

A pinch of sea salt

Optional: Fun toppings (coconut flakes, nuts, or chocolate chips)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir well until everything is evenly mixed and smooth.

Add Granola and Berries: Fold in the granola and mixed berries gently, ensuring they are evenly distributed without smashing the berries too much.

Form the Clusters: Using a spoon or cookie scoop, spoon out small portions of the yogurt mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Aim for clusters about 1-2 inches in diameter.

Freeze the Clusters: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until the clusters are firm and frozen solid.

Serve and Enjoy: Once frozen, remove from the freezer and let sit for a minute to soften slightly for easier eating. You can enjoy them straight from the sheet, or transfer them to an airtight container to store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Add any optional toppings right before serving if desired!
