Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup walnuts, chopped

1/4 cup dried cranberries (optional)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until the ingredients are well combined and smooth.

Gently fold in the chopped walnuts and dried cranberries (if using) into the yogurt mixture until evenly distributed.

Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

Using a tablespoon or ice cream scoop, drop generous portions of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared sheet. Flatten each mound slightly to create a circle shape about 1/2 inch thick.

Once all the mixture has been used, place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until the yogurt circles are completely frozen.

Once frozen, remove the circles from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.

To serve, let the frozen yogurt circles sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly, then enjoy your delicious treat!
