Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for added sweetness)

Parchment paper (for freezing)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, pure maple syrup, ground cinnamon, sea salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.

Gently fold in the chopped walnuts and mini chocolate chips (if using) until evenly distributed.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop small clusters of the yogurt mixture onto the parchment, spacing them about 1-2 inches apart.

Once all the clusters are formed, place the baking sheet in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until fully solid.

Once frozen, carefully remove the clusters from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Enjoy your Maple Walnut Frozen Yogurt Clusters as a refreshing treat anytime!
