Ingredients

For the Fruit Skewers:

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup pineapple chunks

1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup grapes (red or green)

1 cup watermelon, cut into bite-sized cubes

1 banana, sliced

12-15 wooden or bamboo skewers

For the Yogurt Dip:

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit:

    - Wash all the fruits thoroughly under cold water.

      - Hull and halve the strawberries, cut the watermelon into cubes, and peel and slice the kiwi. Slice the banana just before assembling to prevent browning.

        Make the Yogurt Dip:

          - In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

            - Mix well until smooth and check for sweetness, adjusting by adding more honey if needed.

              Assemble the Skewers:

                - Take a wooden skewer and start threading the fruit pieces onto it. Be creative with your combinations! For instance, alternate between a strawberry, a pineapple chunk, a piece of kiwi, and a banana slice. Aim for a colorful display.

                  - Repeat this process until all fruit and skewers are used.

                    Chill:

                      - Arrange the assembled skewers on a platter and refrigerate for about 15 minutes before serving, allowing the flavors to meld and fruit to be cool.

                        Serve:

                          - Serve the fruit skewers alongside the yogurt dip. For an added touch, garnish the yogurt dip with fresh mint leaves.
