1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

Zest of 1 lime

Juice of 2 limes

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 head of butter or romaine lettuce, leaves separated

1 avocado, sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup radishes, thinly sliced (optional)

Lime wedges, for serving

Marinate the Shrimp: In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, lime zest, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat shrimp evenly. Allow the shrimp to marinate for at least 15-20 minutes for maximum flavor.

    Cook the Shrimp: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp turns pink and opaque. Ensure not to overcrowd the pan; you can cook in batches if necessary.
