2 lbs chicken wings

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cooking spray or olive oil, for greasing the baking sheet

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray or olive oil.

    Prepare Wings: Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels. The drier the wings, the crispier they will be.
