4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko preferred for extra crunch)

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Breading Stations: Set up three shallow bowls. In the first bowl, add the flour seasoned with salt and pepper. In the second bowl, beat the eggs together. In the third bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.

      Coat the Chicken:

        - Dredge each chicken breast in the seasoned flour, shaking off the excess.

          - Dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.

            - Finally, coat the chicken in the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture, pressing down slightly to adhere well.
