Instructions

Prepare the Base: Start by arranging a large wooden board or platter that will serve as the base of your charcuterie board.

Cheeses: Place the Brie and Camembert side by side in the center of the board. Use a small knife to score the top of the cheeses slightly, which will help the gooey interior to ooze out as they come to room temperature. Add the creamy goat cheese nearby.

Charcuterie Placement: Fan the slices of prosciutto, salami, and chorizo around the cheeses. Try to alternate the meats for visual appeal.

Accompaniments: In small bowls or piles, arrange the mixed olives and marinated artichokes on one side of the board. Scatter a handful of assorted nuts in between the meats and cheeses.

Fruits: Place the grapes, halved figs, and apple slices strategically around the board, filling in gaps and creating a vibrant, colorful display.

Add Spreads: Use small bowls to serve honey, fig jam, and whole grain mustard. Position these bowls near the cheese and meats to encourage dipping.

Breads: Arrange a selection of crackers, breadsticks, and baguette slices along the edges of the board for guests to use for stacking their bites.

Final Touches: Add fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme sprigs for garnish, and place a few extra nuts or fruits around the edges for a polished look.

Serve: Once everything is arranged beautifully, serve immediately and encourage your guests to mix and match their favorite combinations!
