2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

6 cups mixed salad greens (romaine, spinach, and arugula)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 avocado, diced

1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

½ cup blue cheese, crumbled

4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, drizzle the chicken breasts with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes to enhance the flavors.
