1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for grilling)

Prepare the Ricotta Mixture: In a medium bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
