Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat)

2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup croutons, crushed

Fresh lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp, tossing to coat. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes for best flavor.

    Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Make sure it's nice and hot to get a good sear on the shrimp.

      Grill the Shrimp: Place the marinated shrimp on the grill. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from grill and set aside.

        Prepare the Wraps: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons. Toss until the lettuce is well coated.

          Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center, spoon some of the lettuce mixture, and top with grilled shrimp. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll from the bottom up to create a wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

            Serve: Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges on the side for an extra zesty kick.
