Hatch Chili Ranch Chicken Wraps

1/2 cup Hatch green chili peppers, diced (fresh or canned)

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 cup shredded lettuce (iceberg or romaine)

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat for a healthier option)

1 avocado, sliced (optional)

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced Hatch chili peppers, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

    Warm the Tortillas: Gently warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or microwave them wrapped in a damp paper towel for about 10-15 seconds. This makes them more pliable for wrapping.
