4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1.5 pounds baby potatoes, halved

1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, oregano, paprika, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to taste.

      Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a bowl. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken, ensuring that each piece is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes (or up to overnight in the refrigerator for more flavor).

        Prepare the Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes and trimmed green beans. Drizzle the remaining marinade over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.

          Assemble the Bake: In a large baking dish, arrange the marinated chicken breasts in the center. Surround the chicken with the marinated potatoes and green beans. Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes on top.
