Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled bacon (cooked)

2-3 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp black pepper

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: Additional sliced jalapeños for topping

Instructions

Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, finely chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well blended and creamy.

Assemble Pinwheels: Lay one tortilla on a clean, flat surface. Spread a generous layer of the cheesy jalapeño mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Roll it Up: Starting at one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly until you reach the opposite edge. Ensure the filling stays inside as you roll. Repeat this process with all tortillas.

Chill the Rolls: Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and place them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. This helps set the filling and makes slicing easier.

Slice and Serve: Once chilled, remove the tortilla wraps from the fridge. Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels. Arrange them on a serving platter.

Garnish: Sprinkle freshly chopped cilantro over the pinwheels and add extra sliced jalapeños on top if desired for an extra kick.

Enjoy: Serve your delicious Jalapeño Popper Pinwheels immediately as a savory appetizer or snack. They can also be served with ranch dressing or a spicy dipping sauce on the side!
