1 cup rolled oats

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

1 tablespoon almond butter (or any nut butter)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

1/4 cup sliced almonds

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for added creaminess)

Fresh fruits for topping (such as berries or banana slices)

Instructions
 

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, maple syrup, almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

    If you’d like to add Greek yogurt for creaminess, stir it in at this point until fully incorporated.

      Fold in the sliced almonds, reserving a few for topping.

        Transfer the oat mixture into individual jars or containers with lids.
