Meat Lovers Pizza Tortellini

2 cups cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)

1 cup Italian sausage, crumbled

1 cup pepperoni slices

1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

1 cup diced ham

2 cups marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Olive oil for drizzling

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cook the Tortellini:

    - In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Meat Mixture:

        - In a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the crumbled Italian sausage and cook until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

          Cook the Vegetables:

            - In the same skillet, add the diced ham and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly browned. Then add the pepperoni and cooked bacon, stirring everything together. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

              Combine Ingredients:

                - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, Italian sausage, and the meat mixture from the skillet. Pour in the marinara sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.

                  Assemble and Bake:

                    - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the tortellini mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top and add the sliced black olives if using.

                      Bake the Pizza Tortellini:

                        - Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
