4 mini bagels (or sliced mini baguettes)

2 ripe avocados

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

1 small tomato, diced

¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

Fresh herbs for garnish (cilantro or parsley)

Olive oil for drizzling

Red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prep the Bagels: Slice the mini bagels in half and place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
