1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and drained

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated and washed

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 cup vegan ranch dressing (optional for drizzling)

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Prep the Tofu: Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.

    Marinate: In a bowl, combine the buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the tofu cubes, gently tossing to coat all sides. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

      Cook the Tofu: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated tofu cubes, reserving the sauce. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the tofu is golden and slightly crispy.

        Prepare the Lettuce Wraps: While the tofu cooks, gather your lettuce leaves and place them on a serving platter.
