Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)

1/2 cup Alfredo sauce

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Roll Out the Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into individual triangles as per the perforations.

Assemble the Puffs: Place a tablespoon of the chicken Alfredo mixture at the wider end of each crescent triangle. Gently roll the dough over the filling toward the pointed end, tucking the edges slightly to enclose the filling.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the rolled crescent puffs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each puff.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown and puffed.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, let the puffs cool slightly before transferring them to a serving platter. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top for a pop of color and freshness.

Enjoy: Serve warm and watch them disappear at your next gathering or as a cozy dinner treat!
