2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (can use rotisserie chicken for convenience)

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional for garnish)

Olive oil spray

Salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare the Chicken Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with ranch dressing. Stir well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Assemble the Wraps: Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the chicken mixture across the center of the tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.

      Roll the Tortillas: Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
