Ingredients

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1 cup cashew cream (soaked and blended cashews)

1/2 cup maple syrup or agave nectar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans), roughly chopped

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

2 tablespoons nut butter (peanut or almond)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the almond milk, cashew cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Whisk together until smooth and well blended.

Stir in the chopped mixed nuts and dark chocolate chips (if using), ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Add the nut butter into the mix and gently swirl it through the mixture. This will give delightful pockets of nuttiness as you enjoy the dessert.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker, and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency. If you do not have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a shallow container and freeze for about 1 hour until it starts to set, then stir vigorously to break up any ice crystals, returning it to the freezer. Repeat this process every 30 minutes for about 3 hours.

Once the dessert is the desired texture, transfer it to a lidded container and freeze for an additional 2-4 hours, or until firm.

When ready to serve, let the Nutty Bliss Frozen Dessert sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly, scoop into bowls, and enjoy!
