2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup uncooked quinoa (or rice)

2 ½ cups chicken broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cream of mushroom soup (homemade or canned)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Sauté Chicken and Broccoli: In a large oven-safe skillet or pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken and broccoli florets. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender.

      Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in the uncooked quinoa (or rice), garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing well to combine.

        Combine Liquids: In a separate bowl, whisk together the chicken broth and cream of mushroom soup until smooth. Pour this mixture over the chicken and broccoli mixture in the skillet.
