2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

3 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Prepare the Chicken: Start by placing the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Pound them gently to an even thickness of about ½ inch. This ensures even cooking.

    Dredging Stations: Set up three shallow dishes for dredging. In the first dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. In the second dish, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. In the third dish, place the grated Parmesan cheese.

      Coat the Chicken: Dip each chicken breast first into the flour mixture, shaking off excess. Next, dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Finally, coat the chicken with the Parmesan cheese, pressing gently to ensure it adheres well.

        Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the coated chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
