1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

12 ounces egg noodles

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Egg Noodles: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sear the Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced beef sirloin. Sear for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Aromatics: In the same skillet, add chopped onions and cook for about 3 minutes until they become soft and translucent. Add the garlic and mushrooms, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.

Combine Ingredients: Add the Worcestershire sauce and beef broth to the skillet, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Add Beef Back In: Return the seared beef to the pan. Stir in the sour cream, Dijon mustard, and paprika. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 5-7 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
