1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 medium zucchinis, sliced

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1 cup sweet corn (frozen or fresh)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)

3 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)

Aluminum foil for wrapping

Prepare the Foil: Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). Tear off four large sheets of aluminum foil, about 12 inches each, and lay them flat on a clean surface.
