200g feta cheese, crumbled

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup baby spinach leaves

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Red pepper flakes (optional, for garnish)

Preheat your oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the baking dish: In an oven-safe baking dish (about 8x8 inches or equivalent), drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Spread the halved cherry tomatoes and baby spinach evenly across the bottom.

      Add the feta: Crumble the feta cheese over the layer of spinach and tomatoes, creating a lovely blanket of salty goodness.

        Add garlic and spices: Sprinkle the minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the feta. Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil all over the mixture for added flavor.

          Create wells for eggs: With the back of a spoon, make four small wells in the feta and vegetable mixture, being careful not to disturb it too much.
